Yes it does. The server is irc.deviantart.com and the main room is #devart A suggested application for IRC is mIRC and you can follow that link to download it, and learn more about using IRC. Please note. IRC is a separate application, and is not part of the deviantART site. You will not be able to do the same things as you would in dAmn or the ShoutBox. These policies are upheld in the main official room, so please read them first. We also cannot help you with the usage of the application you choose to use or accessing the IRC Server. The IRC server is also not part of any deviantART membership package.
