Yes, since 1962, DFGC has hosted many national and local championships, including the Annual Quail Cup Pro-Am, the Dunlop Masters, Arizona Open, Arizona Amateur, Pacific Coast Amateur, US Senior Amateur and others.In 2006, DFGC hosted the Trans-Mississippi Four Ball Championship. In 2007 DFGC hosted the 2007 U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship conducted by the USGA.
