Does DemoDemo have a refund policy?
When producing your order, we embed your logo into each movie. After delivery to you, since the product is digital in nature, there is no practical way to “return” the product. As well, we display all product on our site for your inspection, so you are able to view all files prior to placing your order. As a result, we do not offer any refunds on your order once the product is delivered. The only exception is if we fail to deliver product of like kind and quality as displayed on our site, or if we go beyond a reasonable time period in producing the order.
