Deleting an object will move it into your waste bin. (Objects can be undeleted from here if they were deleted by accident.) When you “Destroy” objects in your waste bin, they are then transferred to the owner’s waste bin – this is like emptying the recycling bin on your desktop. Finally, when the owner destroys the object, it is removed irreversibly from the system. (The memory taken up by the object is then freed when garbage collection is next run on the system, which is often done on a nightly basis.) • Can workspaces be deleted? Selecting a workspace and clicking on delete does NOT delete the workspace! It simply removes you as a member of the workspace. If you really want to remove the workspace entirely, you must remove all the other members first. (Note that this is the opposite order from when the workspace was created.)
