Does delegation of work to Logicocean diminish the requesting attorneys ultimate responsibility for the work product?
No. Logicocean only works for other attorneys not the general public. We do not give legal advice or make court appearances. The attorney retaining Logicocean’s services is expressly advised that Logicocean is not engaged in the practice of law and that its work product does not constitute legal advice and is prepared solely for the review of the attorney using Logicocean’s services. As such, our customers recognize that they are ultimately responsible for the work they provide to their clients, and they do not substitute Logicocean’s judgment for their own.
