Does Del Monte have a Dividend Reinvestment Program (DRIP)?
Yes. The DRIP is administered by our stock transfer agent BNY Mellon Shareowner Services. If you are a registered shareholder and are enrolled in BuyDIRECT you can elect to have your dividends reinvested to purchase more shares of Del Monte stock, as well as to make voluntary cash purchases at periodic intervals. If you are not enrolled in BuyDIRECT and wish to participate in the DRIP, please call BNY Mellon Shareowner Services or visit their website to review and enroll in the BuyDIRECT Program. Your account must be set up as a BuyDIRECT account in order to have your dividends reinvested to purchase more shares of Del Monte.
