Yes. Deep Freeze Mac can be used to protect all Parallels, Boot Camp, Virtual PC or VMWare environments. If Deep Freeze Mac is installed, then any Parallels or VMWare environments that are located on a Frozen drive will be reverted upon every Mac restart. Deep Freeze for Windows can be installed in a VM environment (regardless of whether or not Deep Freeze Mac is installed) to ensure that every Windows restart within the VM session is reverted. To protect a Windows Boot Camp partition, use Deep Freeze for Windows.
