Does DDR3 Ram graphic card fit in a DDR2 Motherboard?

0

The DDR3 ram on the graphics card is just for the Graphics card, not the motherboard. The DDR2 for the motherboard is for Memory, not Graphics. Two separate items. So, if you mobo has a PCI-E x 16 slot on it, it will accept the GeForce 9800 card. Make sure your mobo is capable of using a PCI-E card, and not PCI card. They are different. Your manual will tell you if you can use PCI-E x 16. Some mobos have both PCI and PCI-E, so be aware of that. You need the PCI-E for that graphics card.
