Unfortunately, dbx no longer manufacturers noise reduction units for use with consumer or professional tape recording systems. If you need a hardware dual ended device (Encode/Decode) we recommend the 140X for Type II (for use with consumer tape systems) or the 150X Type I (for use with professional reel to reel machines). These models are no longer manufactured, but can still be found on the used market.
