Does DBMethods run on other implementations of the Common Language Infrastructure (CLI)?

0

DBMethods has only been tested on Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 and 1.1, which is a Microsoft implementation of the CLI currently targeting the Windows platforms. Since DBMethods addresses databases, it relies on availability of managed .NET Data Providers and these are not part of the CLI. Code Provisioning, the technology behind DBMethods, however, has been tested and runs on the Windows XP build of Microsoft Shared Source CLI (SSCLI). Microsoft SSCLI is also commonly referred to by its code name of Rotor.
