Does David Cameron believe the only qualification for government is the ability to Create “sound bites”?
I agree and when you get underneath the spin and soundbites there is little else. He criticises and complains but I want an opposition to come up with solutions. He has said he disagrees with Browns latest financial package (as do I) but he fails to say what he would do differently, He is not in control of his party – Whilst he and George Osbourne have said that they disagree with a Financial Stimulus – both Ken Clarke (former chancellor) and John Redwood (Tory economic policy maker) have said that they do agree with one but not the same as Labours. Who do we believe and if he cannot control his party in opposition what will be different if he ever becomes PM I am somewhat confused – and despite being an undecided I am reluctant at this stage to trust Cameroon to be any different from the Major government of 1992 – 1997 which is the worst government that I can personally remember.
