Does Databusters need the whole computer or device, or just the data storage media?
We only need the data storage device. It is occasionally beneficial to have the original controller that was being used at the time of the data loss. In some cases, it may not be possible (or inconvenient) for the client to provide the original controller (as is the case with on-board RAID motherboards).
