The Group’s incentive programmes for management and staff are based on the Group’s value creation and starting from 2009 primarily include cash bonuses. The Board of Directors does not participate in the incentive programmes.

Because of the financial crisis, the Group discontinued its incentive programmes in 2008, except for staff in investing functions at Danske Capital and capital market functions at Danske Markets. There are no plans to reinstate incentive programmes in the rest of the Group.
