Does dance dance revolution a really good workout?
i guess it really depends on how into it you get i mean if you are like moveing aroind alot and sweating then yeah it’s a pretty good workout but if you are like me and just move your feet enough to hit the right step then it’s kinda just a watse of time but yeah if it is somthing that you really like to do and that you can get a good workout from then go for it it’s wortha shot but also add in some other exercises like jogging or biking or even just going for a walk every once in a while
