Does DAE provide service for children traveling alone?
Children aged between 5 and 14 years old can travel alone under our Unaccompanied Minor service. The service is mandatory for all children in this age group who are traveling alone. The service is optional for children aged 15 to 17, and can be reserved if desired. You can entrust us with the care of your child. We will ensure that he/she gets the care and attention he/she needs while en route. He/she is in good hands from the moment that you register your child at the check-in desk, to the moment that we hand him/her over to the person that you have authorized to pick him/her up. Children aged 4 and below must always travel with a parent or adult aged at least 18 years.
