No, we only employ the best available sharpening systems to sharpen knives. Our techniques ensure that the temper of the blade is not lost (damaged) during sharpening. If the blade is overheated, the temper is lost, and so is the knife’s edge holding ability. We believe that the use of grinding machines is unacceptable in the sharpening of our customers’ knives.
