The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets supports this technology as an innovative strategy for farm diversification and environmental quality improvement. The Agency has awarded CVPS Cow PowerTM the Commissioner’s Seal of Quality, and the Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence. With the support of the Vermont Department of Public Service and the Vermont Public Service Board approved CVPS Cow PowerTM for sale to the public. The Department and Board also play an important role in regulating Cow Power service.
