Does cutting yourself really feel good?
No it doesn’t. The best way to get rid of this sadness and pain would be activities like talking, or writing about your feelings. Find someone you trust and who is willing to listen and just start talking. Hell it does not even have to be a person. Talk to your pet, they are great listeners. You could also start a diary. Or just take out a piece of paper and just start writing down everything that you are feeling. Or may be you could write a letter to your friend that passed on. There are all kinds of healthy ways of expressing your emotions. Cutting yourself not only does not actually get your feelings out, but it obviously hurts you. I am so sorry for your loss. Hang in there there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
