Does Custom Shotz Photography maintain regular office hours to handle questions and concerns?
Our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do have a voice mail system to handle your calls if we are out on a job and this system is checked on a regular basis. Every effort is made to return telephone messages within 24 hours and we do try to make contact in the evenings if the customer cannot be reached during the day.
