Does Custom Built Structures offer any type of warranty?
Yes. Barns built with both tongue and grove flooring and tongue and grove pine siding have lifetime limited warranty on the entire unit. Barns built with pre-primed dura-temp plywood siding and have 3/4″ plywood floor have a 10 year limited warranty. There is a limited lifetime warranty on: 3/4″ pressure treated plywood flooring which is $2.00 per square foot of floor space, also on 2″ x 8″ pressure treated tongue and grove flooring which is $3.00 per square foot of floor space, also on 1″ x 8″ pine tongue and groove flooring which is $4.00 per square foot of floor space; 8′ or higher sidewalls are priced upon request. There is also a 10 year limited warranty on: dura-temp plywood siding (pre-primed cedar finished which is hand nailed), wall studs placed 16″ on center, exceptionally strong doors that are built with 2 x 4’s (which are attached with over 200 screws per set), 6-6″ heavy duty T-hinges or heavy duty 6′ piano hinges (this guarantee’s strength and durability), T-handles with
