Does Cubital Tunnel Syndrome/Ulnar Nerve Damage cause Twitching Muscles?
I am sure by now that you know the anatomy of the elbow and how the ulnar nerve drops down on the inside or medial aspect of the elbow. Pressure, a direct blow, or a spur in the canal will cause problems. You are describing what could easily be from continued pressure or it is possible that the nerve is just calming down. I would definitely contact the doctor and make him aware of the problem. He may want to bring you in for another examination. They might want to do an EMG to see if there is something specific that is impeding course of the nerve.
