Does cross-debarment apply to all the firms and individuals on ADBs sanctions list?
Cross-debarment applies to only those firms or individuals sanctioned and publicized after the Agreement becomes effective, or enters into force. With respect to ADB, cross-debarment will apply only to the debarred entities publicized on ADB’s external website, and not to the debarred entities on its internal non-publicized sanctions list.
