Crescent City Grill in Hattiesburg has what I consider to be the best chicken sandwich in town. The “Blackened Chicken Sandwich” is boneless, skinless chicken breast dusted with Cajun spices, blackened and topped with jack cheese and fried jalapenos (from the CCG menu). You can also get fries or another side of your choice. Though I often make other menu selections when dining there – I find myself returning for Crescent City’s chicken sandwich regularly. Add hot sauce for fun!
