Does creating the form create the database?
Creating a form does not create a new database. However as you’ve probably noticed, new accounts start off with a default database called “Contacts”, with a set of default fields (first name, last name, email, etc.) When you create a new form, it will by default go into that database. Later on if you choose the VIP membership level which allows you to define more than one database, you will be asked each time you create a new form to select which database this form will populate.
