Council does not have a policy of removing items from the Penrith Heritage LEP or the other planning instruments on the basis of an owner’s opposition. The listing of a small number of cottages (approximately 7) as heritage items was deferred during the formulation of the Penrith Heritage LEP, and remains deferred to this date.
