A topical anaesthetic is applied, so very little discomfort is experienced. Most of my clients say that the feeling is more a sensation.

The area to be worked on may become mildly uncomfortable. Some liken it to a persistent little sting at first. Although with the assistance of anaesthesia, the treatment is usually quite tolerable.

There is some discomfort involved when the needle places the pigment in the skin. Because cosmetic tattooing generally involves sensitive areas, we use topical anesthetics to numb the skin and minimize any discomfort. To achieve optimal results, we prefer that the client is comfortable and able to remain still during the procedure, so adequate analgesia is very important to us, and we will make every effort to ensure your comfort.
