Does Cornell University have a rating system for landlords?
The Off Campus Housing Office is very careful not to implicate any landlord/property manager. The OCHO cannot publish tenant complaints/problems about specific properties or landlords. There is a website where tenants can post and read reviews by other Ithaca residents. Though the website has existed for several years, it was recently discovered by Ithacans.
