Does Cookum monitor compliance with its Terms of Use?
Cookum management regularly monitors activity on the website to try to ensure that it is consistent with the purposes of Cookum. This means, among other things, trying to ensure that no one is using the website for commercial purposes or to sell prohibited goods like alcohol or tobacco. However, Cookum management can’t watch everything that happens in the Cookum community, and that’s why (much like other Web 2.0 platforms like Craigslist and eBay) Cookum relies on the community to be self-monitoring. When a member does something that is inconsistent with the Terms of Use or the purposes of Cookum, Cookum management expects other community members to report it by using the feedback form on the website.
