We do not accept government funds that have strings attached. A few of our children receive federal funds designated for their care. Since we have a state accredited school, we participate in the school lunch program. We also receive e-rate funding that amounts to a 90% discount on telecommunications services for rural schools and libraries. Neither of these programs dictates the way we do child care or education. Both can be discontinued at any time without penalty.
