A The answer is that Convergys is only responsible for web based advertising as defined within our contract. The State is financially responsible for any other type of advertising. Convergys will work with the State to help define what the sourcing strategy is, which will allow the State to use the funds wisely. Convergys may also assist in the placement and planning of other sourcing strategies.
