Does Columbia offer dial-up access numbers in areas other than New York City?
Unfortunately, Columbia does not have local access numbers outside of New York City. You need to have an account with a commercial service provider if you want to have a local number to dial from other areas. If you are an employee, Columbia does offer a 1-800 dial-up service where your account will be charged a standard rate for calls.
