The good bacteria in our colons are all Aerobic (aerobic means it loves oxygen.) And the bad bacteria are Anerobic. (Anerobic means it cant live in oxygen.) The aerobes are the ones that digest your food. Its the anerobes that need to be constantly cleansed. So in answer to your question, Colosan does not wipe out the good bacteria. It allows the colon to function more efficiently so the good bacteria flourish. It is good bacteria compatible.
