No. Colic Care® contains only natural ingredients and is sweetened with Xylitol, a natural extract from the birch tree. Xylitol has been used for years to prevent cavities, and has antimicrobial properties. It has no effect on blood sugar levels. Colic Care® has no alcohol and uses Vitamin C (citric acid) as a preservative.
