We study the current performance testing processes followed by the clients and suggest improvements that are tailor made to meet the client requirements. Cognizant’s PT CoE has significant experience with process consultation in the area of performance/load testing. We have defined streamlined processes to execute end-to-end performance/load testing. QA approved process handbook is available for performance testing projects and can be tailored to suit any client’s requirement. Any performance/load testing project will be executed in six different phases, the requirements gathering phase, the test planning phase, the test design phase, the test execution phase, the test reporting phase and the delivery phase.
