Does Coffee Aide in Weight Loss?
Before we get into coffee and weight loss I need to explain some facts. Getting a good night sleep, drinking around 8 – 10 cups of water each day, eating good healthy food, and getting some exercise each day is the basics on how to lose weight. Now coffee is a stimulant and diuretic. There are studies that show that coffee is good for you and there are studies that say coffee is bad for you. I guess this is where some common sense must come into play because the scientists don’t usually work with intangibles like common sense. I am not a doctor but I do know about some of the bad things coffee can do. Excessive use of this “drug” can cause many harmful issues to the human body. I used to have a 3rd shift job as an operations manager of a trucking company. I drank lots of coffee, 4 – 6 pots per night.
