Does Cochran Landscapes charge for a customized design?
Yes, a custom design does have a design fee. The design fee is based on the size of the property and the extent of the design. If Cochran Landscapes installs the created design, the design fee is credited back on the final invoice. So, even though there is an initial design fee, if we install the design, the design is FREE!
