Does Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy have parents?
In FFVII when the team is in Kalm, Cloud is talking about his past ans how he met/ knew Sephiroth 5 years ago. here, he says that his father left when he was young, and he was raised by his mother. Well, during the flashback we see Cloud’s hometwon burned to the ground, killing his mother. So in answer to your question, sadly no, Cloud’s parents are gone. SPOILER: Cloud is NOT, I repeat NOT a clone, regardless to what some people are saying. yes he was once led to believe he was a SEPHIROTH clone, but to anyone who has played the game, that theory is proven wrong when Cloud and Tifa are in the lifestream.
