Yes it runs fine on Windows 7. Occasionally we’ll get a report that Windows complains that the ClipBar is not compatible, but allows you to install it anyway, and IT RUNS FINE. Note that this is on 32-bit Window, not 64-bit (it REALLY won’t run on 64-bit, due to limitations of the 64-bit Windows Explorer not being able to run 32-bit DLLs). Anyway, the “may be incompatible” message happened during the early preview versions, but has been reported at least once with the beta in Aug 2009. So it may be still out there. However, since the message claims that it isn’t compatible, and yet it still runs fine, we consider this to be a Windows 7 bug.
