Yes, the PERMIT™ Filter is CARB verified, Level 3+ for prime power and emergency generators. The only verified filter to incorporate long-lasting, 304 stainless steel packaging, the PERMIT™ Filter was the first diesel particulate filter to be verified by California’s Air Resources Board in 2003. The PERMIT™ is also considered to meet EPA verification through a reciprocal agreement whereby EPA will honor CARB verification.
