A. Yes, permanent employees, except for those working in Laughlin, Nevada, must maintain a principal place of residency within the boundaries of Clark County within 90 days of employment. Employees hired after January 1, 2009, will be required to provide proof of compliance with Nevada motor vehicle registration and drivers’ license laws (Ordinance No. 3717).
