CJP will accept signed and dated grant recommendations made by fax. In order to make grants by e-mail, you will need to fill out the form entitled CJP Donor Advised Fund E-Mail Grant Recomendation Form. Recommendations sent from e-mail addresses which do not appear on your authorized list will not be honored.
