There is no guarantee that the customer has entered accurate information. If you are concerned about customers entering incorrect information, please ask the customer questions on the job forum or bid higher to compensate for any last minute changes. CitiMove warns customers that entering incorrect information could lead to fees and surcharges by the movers. However, CitiMove does not get involved with conflicts under any circumstances and can not be held accountable for any problems that may occur after a bid has been accepted.
