Due to a change in federal law, as of July 1, 2010, all lenders are prohibited from originating new federal student loans under the Federal Family Education Loan Program. However, federal loans are currently available through the Direct Loan Program. Citi offers an array of private student loans that allow you to borrow up to the full cost of your education when federal loans are not enough.
