Does citalopram work ?
Yes it works for many people, but not everyone. We know it works because it has been tested in clinical trials against placebos. The many possible side effects that Tony I so helpfully copied and pasted from the web are known because of clinical trials, not because he`s a smart person who knows something about citalopram nobody else knows or discloses.. Most people do not get side effects at all, or if they do they are minor and temporary. The assumption is that `natural“ or herbal products have no side effects at all is a lie. If a chemical has an effect….it may have a side effect. Herbals have just as many side effects as prescription drugs, but `they don`t want you to know` ( I love using convicted conman Kevin Trudeau favourite phrase) Not only do they not want YOU to know…they don`t want to know themselves, which is why they don`t actually study herbal adverse effects, or have any way of reporting or keeping track of them.
