Does cingular offer repair services or is there any stores that do?
Att/Cingular does not offer repair services. You can however, go to Motorola’s device support website at http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/nss… There will be a list of walk in locations, and also the option to send the phone in for repair or exchange, depending on the situation. Check with them to see if the Manufacturers warranty is still in force. Be advised if the phone has been unlocked by any way except using the code provided by Motorola or the Original cellular provider, (att/cingular if that is how the phone is branded) the warranty was voided by the unlock. The vast majority of unlocked phones sold at auction have been unlocked incorrectly. FYI- This also causes many features such as text, mms, data etc, not work work correctly, if at all.
