Yes. Not only will Cinematize 2 and Cinematize 2 Pro work on G4- and G5-based machines, they will operate significantly faster on machines with these processors. This is because both have been optimized to take advantage of the AltiVec vector processor included in all G4, G5, and higher processors. Note that both programs will also work just fine on G3-based machines.
