Would you like Cinema 4D to have smarter particles? Introduce yourself to ‘Pyrocluster’. Pyrocluster is a particle object with predefined settings for fire, smoke, clouds and others. Pyrocluster is part of the ‘Advanced Render’ module but if there is a ‘must have’ module for Cinema4D, ‘Advanced Render’ is it. When you create your emitter, create an ‘environment’ first by choosing the environment object from the light pull down menu. Create an emitter from the particle menu and create two new materials, ‘shaders’ from the material menu. Choose File->Shader and you will see two options at the end of your shader list: ‘PyroCluster’ and ‘PyroCluster – Volume Tracer’. Create your volume tracer first. You can think of this as a container for your pyrocluster particle effect. You will apply this ‘material’ to your environment so it can properly display the cluster type you choose. After creating this shader, apply it your environment. Now create your ‘PyroCluster’ shader, double click on its
