Cincinnati Parks has developed approximately two acres in Mt. Airy Forest into a park for dogs. The area is fenced and usage rules are posted on site. Dogs may run leash-free in this dog park, when accompanied by a guardian. The dog park is located at Mt. Airy Forest’s Highpoint Picnic Area on Westwood Northern Blvd. between Montana Ave. and North Bend Road. 13. Does the Park Department manage public athletic leagues, community recreation centers, swimming pools, senior centers, golf courses, therapeutic recreation programs, and along the downtown central riverfront- Sawyer Point and Yeatmans Cove? No. These programs/facilities are managed by the Cincinnati Recreation Department.
