CII offers a Professional Development program, which is based on CII research, to its members and the public. The CII Professional Development materials are developed by a team of industry experts, in collaboration with an academic experienced in adult learning. The Education Module is comprised of a Participant Handbook and Instructor’s Guide. The associated research material is included in each.
