No, Flood Zones A and V are specifically excluded from all programs. All other zones can be covered under the CIBA Comprehensive Programs. For properties in Flood Zones A or V, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) offers a flood insurance program for property owners within communities that have adopted a comprehensive floodplain management ordinance in accordance with FEMA’s requirements. As part of this program, FEMA prepares and distributes Flood Insurance Rate Maps which delineate flood zones within which flood insurance is provided.
